TENDER MANAGEMENT

Tender management covers the preparation of tender documentation, contractor selection, quotation review, cost comparison and negotiations. We work closely with contractors and consultants to ensure that proposals align with the project’s design, quality and budget requirements, supporting a smooth transition from design development to construction.

CONSTRUCTION FOLLOW-UP

Construction follow-up covers the on-site monitoring of design implementation, coordination with contractors, consultants and suppliers, and review of workmanship, materials and construction details. We resolve design and technical issues, monitor progress and quality, and ensure that the project is delivered in accordance with the approved design, specifications and project requirements.
